The Department of Examinations has commenced the issuing of admission cards for students sitting for the upcoming GCE Ordinary Level Examinations 2023 (2024).
The Commissioner General of Examinations Amith Jayasundara said the issuing of admission cards for the state examination commenced today (Apr 17).
Jayasundara further said the printing of question papers and preliminary preparations for the examination have been completed as of now.
The GCE Ordinary Level Examinations 2023 (2024) is scheduled to be held from May 06-15, 2024.
The Examinations Department says 452,979 candidates are expected to sit for the exam this year.
