The Atlas Axillia Teacher Appreciation Ceremony concludes successfully.

The Teacher Appreciation Ceremony, which has been sponsored for the fourth time by the Atlas Axilia Company and organized by the Western Provincial Education Department, was recently held in a grand manner at the Water’s Edge Hotel.

Here, 250 teachers from the primary sector and a group of officials from the Department of Education gathered for the ceremony.


On behalf of Prime Minister Dr. Harini Amarasuriya, Education Private Secretary Vishakha Abeyratne, Western Province Chief Ministry Senior Additional Secretary Nirupa Manage, Western Province Education Director PR Devabandhu, Additional Education Director Nayani Perera and Atlas and Hemas Company Managing Director Asita Samaraweera participated in this grand occasion. This annual program was successfully coordinated for the second time by Educationist Dr. Aruna Dhammika Karunaratne.
