SLIIT was founded in 1999 and is a Ministry of Education and University Grants Commission (UGC) approved institute that stands today as a symbol of excellence in private tertiary education. The SLIIT’s Business School provides a solid foundation in Business Management aliged to areas such as Business Management, Human Capital Management, Marketing Management, Accounting & Finance, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems and Quality Management. Offering a variety of engineering disciplines, the Faculty of Engineering provides programs in Civil Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering (Mechatronics) and Quantity Surveying.
